What People Are Saying about Cycle To You:
CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONE IS A+
“I was in need of fixing multiple bikes with bad tires (3) AND have my son's bike built for Christmas. I was referred to Cycling To You by my family member and I'm so glad!
Customer Service- I reached out through email and instantly recieved a welcoming greeting and great service. Response time was quick, communication was friendly and the information clear. Customer Service alone is A+ (Also recieved after your help!)”

I HAVE MY ‘GO TO’ GUY FOR BIKE SERVICE
“I was reluctant to go here - it was a private home and I have an expensive bike and didn't want to leave it with a stranger. But all the bike shops either had long wait lists for tune ups or flat out refused or were shut down.
So eventually I gave in. Day has always been responsive with texting or returning calls. His home has a few bikes inside and a work space in the back. He was a pleasant and kind man, soft spoken and calm. He got to work immediately on my bike….
…Needless to say, I have my 'go to' guy for bike service. He is clear in his message - he doesn't do major work, but who really needs it? Day can get you moving.
Needless to say, he's not greedy, and he's competent. For those willing to support a small and ethical business, look no further.

VERY WELCOMING
“Found this company from a recommendation. Came on time and has a mobile work area that he set up (Day was his name). Had a new (4months old) and older (10yrs+) bike that he worked on.
His approach is he asks about your issue, when fixed he explains what he has done, asks you to ride and verify. Makes adjustments on your feedback and you take for another ride. Is very welcoming of your feedback and is knowledgeable of bikes as you would expect. He comes on a motorized bicycle!
Recommended.”
